lymphoma update

The latest news on the lymphoma front is simple: on Aug 19th the oncologist reviewed a bunch of lab tests with me and reconfirmed that it is Non Hodgkins Lymphoma of the SLL/CLL type.
He rated SLL at Stage 2 because of the presence of swollen lymph nodes above and below the diaphragm. None are painful or causing a problem.
He rated CLL at Stage 1 because my bloodwork is fine. No issue.
No treatment. He recommends a CT scan every six months. Since my last scan was May 4th, we'll do it in November.

Meanwhile, I have devoted the month of August to completing the story I was most passionate about writing before it's too late -- you never know when that could be, life is precarious!
